Past member of the Red Cross Board; currently serving as co-chair of Red Cross Fashion Show.

Honored as Recipient of the Kansas Children's Service League's 1997 Distinguished Service to the Kansas Children Award.

Darlene is married to Eric Knorr, an insurance executive in Wichita. They are the parents of Michael, Mark, Mitchell (deceased), Monte, Melissa and Elizabeth. Darlene is an avid sports fan and loves to cook and bake bread and cookies.
