The Heroines

Dr. Irene Lowe

is honored with a Brick from Sheree Utash.

The noblest calling in the world is that of mother. True motherhood is the most beautiful of all arts, the greatest of all professions. She who can paint a masterpiece or who can write a book that will influence millions deserves the praise and admiration of mankind; but she who rears successfully a family of healthy, beautiful sons and daughters whose immortal souls will be exerting an influence throughout the ages long after painting shall have faded, and books and statues shall have been destroyed, deserves the highest honor that man can give. --David 0. McKay

Irene Lowe is a daughter, sister, wife, mother and grandmother.
She was raised by her mother and father as the sixth of nine children and she is a twin. Her childhood was modest but loving and instilled in her a sense of family that she still holds dear to her heart today.
She married a man who took her from the farm to the city and they have been happily married for over 50 years. She has been his helpmate all of their married life and she is an exemplary wife.
She is the mother of two children and the grandmother of six.
This woman is the glue that holds our family together.
She is a Christian woman with high morals and values. She is a loving sister, wife, parent and grandparent.
She listens to your every word, prays for all of us each and every day, is a role model in her dedication to her family and the importance that she puts on keeping the lines of communication open to her brothers and sisters and to her family. She has had a dramatic effect on her children and grandchildren as she is always happy to see us, hear from us, be with us, and share time with us.
She is a dedicated wife, mother and grandparent and often has put herself and her needs on hold to help each of us. She has provided support, advice, a helping hand, and made many sacrifices so that each of us can have the lives that we do today. She is our greatest advocate, biggest cheerleader, and most gentle comfort!
It is because of her gentle spirit, quiet demeanor, optimistic attitude, her patience and kindness, unconditional love and dedication to all of us that we are who we are today and have achieved what we have.
I celebrate my mother and the dramatic effects that she has had on our family over the course of my life.

Love,
Sheree
